Product Description:

PFA pleated filter cartridge is made of polytetrafluoroethylene membrane and perfluoropolymer structure under the associated controlled clean environment, without any adhesives or surfactants.

Liquid filter cartridge features high flux, high flow rate, long service life, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, anti-corrosion, excellent retention efficiency (0.003µm) and extremely extensive chemical compatibility.

ATMC industrial filter cartridge series is suitable for the filtration of various acids, alkali, organic solvents and other chemicals in semiconductor chemistry, as well as the filtration of etching, cleaning, photoresist, developer and other strong oxidizing liquids and the filtration of gases in microelectronics.
